Guild Wars 2: Dynamic Events System

     Guild Wars 2 is a sequel to the successful game, Guild Wars. Its planed release date is later this year but has been moved around these past few years. The game has been worked on for quite some time now, and they are releasing bits of information about the interesting game-play as we approach the release of this game.


Overview of the Dynamic Events System:


     Enter the living world of Guild Wars 2 - filled with thousands of dynamic events that ebb and flow through the course of your adventures. One day there may be a thriving village filled with vendors and townspeople, the next day that village may be a smoking ruin overrun by centaurs.
     Dynamic events evolve and cascade across the world in response to how you, the player, interact with them, leaving persistent effects in the game world. Will you save that village or let it burn? The choice rests with you and your fellow players.

    GWs2 looks sickkkkkk but I've wasted sooooo much time playing the first one I can't bear to spend another 5,000 hours on an MMO. Nice overview though, enjoyed it, following.

    I played Wow for a few years and LoTro for a few months and this or SWTOR looks like they will be my new MMO

    Guild Wars was awesome, although I only got to play it while I was at my cousins for two weeks. I might end up buying this one since it should be better. Nice blog man.

    I never played the first Guild Wars, was too busy in WoW or City Of Heroes. This game looks too good to pass though.

    I can't get into MMO games. In my experience they are pretty but there is very little skill-based game-play.

    I loved Guild Wars for the non-subscription. Can't wait for Old Republic. That'll be my next mmo.

    I've been following GW2 for over a year now. This is probably the game I'm most looking forward too, like, EVER!
